Luxuryselecti.store provides relocation matching and concierge support intended to help you find housing options and coordinate next steps. We may facilitate introductions and provide information, resources, and coordination assistance.

Housing access, lease outcomes, availability, pricing, and any specific terms offered by third parties are not guaranteed. We provide assistance; we do not control third-party decisions.

2. No Guarantee of Outcomes

You acknowledge that any matches, recommendations, leads, availability updates, or communications from third parties are subject to change and may depend on factors beyond our control.

We do not guarantee that you will secure a lease, obtain housing, receive any discount or rate, or that any property will be available at the time you apply.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to promptly respond to requests for documentation or confirmations. You are responsible for reviewing and understanding any lease, application materials, fees, and policies provided by third parties.

4. Fees, Payments, and Availability

Where applicable, pricing for our services is described during ordering or onboarding. Service availability may be limited by capacity and timing. We may change service scope or processes from time to time.

If you request a cancellation or refund, any refund/return rights (if any) will be handled in accordance with the disclosures provided to you at the time of purchase or as required by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms guarantees refunds unless expressly stated in a purchase disclosure or required by law.

5. Limits of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, luxuryselecti.store and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claim will be limited to the amount you paid to us for the applicable service in the 3 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim, except where liability limitations are prohibited by law.

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Real Estate & Licensing

If any part of our activities involves marketing as or acting as a California real estate licensee in connection with a transaction requiring a real estate license, we will provide any required solicitation disclosures and related agreement context, including any required license identifiers, as applicable.

California real estate licensing-related disclosures (where applicable) may be governed by Business and Professions Code 10140.6 and Business and Professions Code 10015.4.
