7) Real estate licensing disclosures (if applicable)

If our services involve acting as (or marketing as) a California real estate licensee in a transaction requiring a real estate license, we will ensure first-point-of-contact solicitation materials and related agreement contexts include required disclosures and license identifiers as required by Business and Professions Code 10140.6 and Business and Professions Code 10015.4.
